one way is to spit it and rinse w/ water.



another put toothpaste(it really works) then rinse it

Get your goggles wet then rub the inside with a tiny bit of toothpaste and spit. Rub in this mixture and then dunk them under water, put them on and they should not fog for a long time. Repeat this when they start to fog again..should last a few days. Avoid putting too much toothpaste that you cant see through the goggles.

They make a gel type stuff works great, you have to get it at the Dive Shops most likely, but, it last a long time. I spit in the goggles and wipe it around and rinse it with water, it OK, just not work as good as the gel anti-fog.

you need to get a pair of goggles that says like anti fog or sthing like that and then make sure you don't touch the lens!!

buy goggles that arent from america because u.s. products trick u.. buy them out of the country where when it says its anti fog, it will be anti fog
