Cutting your time depends on a lot of factors. Most swimmers are able to improve their times on the transitional parts of the swim; the start, the turns, and the finish. These are often the parts of your swim that if you work on will show the most improvment on your times. Many times swim coaches neglect starts, turns and finishes but these areas are what win races. Before getting out of the pool after practice have a trusted coach work on one of these areas and soon the extra effort will pay off. You want these areas (the start, turn, and finish) to feel strong, clean and comfortable while being as efficient as possible.

i swim the backstroke and the best ways that i learned to swim it faster was the turns and starts. you need to have a good kick and kick as hard as you can under water. other ways to improve your stroke is to keep your arms i a V when you are pulling. it is best to keep them out insted of close to your head. you need to rotate your shoulders but not the rest of your body. there is some rotation with your body but try to limt it. the last ting that i can think of is to keep your head stright back to the point that the water is just about to come over your goggles.

that is a controversy of decision and basically mandatory in the journey that your pubic hair is longer than your penis. LOL. in case you trim, i might use scissors and be careful. in case you shave, you would be sorry while it starts to strengthen back in. I wager your female pal won't care one way or the different. remember in case you shave, she has to shave.
