What type of technical suit is the best for a breastroker?

I want to get my first technical suit, and i have been looking at the speedo fastskin II recordbreaker. But they come in the fullbody, kneeskin, and the regular suit. Since im a breaststroker i honestly don't know which is best for that stroke. help?

I'm a breaststroker too. I personally like the kneeskin. Most breaststrokers choose that over the full length because it doesn't restrict your knees and it lets your calve muscles flex in different ways.

The first one is a recordbreaker kneeskin and the second one is a high neck. The high neck is a zip up back and the recordbreaker is not. The choice is yours.

I'm a breaststroker too; I have the Fastskin II with the regular cut. You don't want the ones that go to your knees and you especially don't want the ones that go below because, as you know, you need a wide range of motion in your legs all the way up to your torso. The regular suit would be the most comfortable because it won't constrict your thighs. It worked great for me! Hope I helped :]

In case you havent heard fina is banning a lot of suits (Blueseventy), but maybe where you swim you will be aloud to wear them, Breast stroke in a legskin feels really awkward for me, but some ppl like it. I would go with the Kneeskin in the recordbreaker.

yea as of 2010 the bost boys can wear is a jammer and the most girls can wear is a knee skin.

no zippers, and the back has to be open for girls like the fast skin pro.

soooo dont get a suit till you really know if it will be legal in a few months.



howeverrrrr to asnwer your quesiton, i have done very well in a knee skin blue70 with breastroke, and very well in a fast skin pro legskin so, i mean it doesnt matter too much

Regular suit has to be your choice, all the other techincal type suits you have described will be illegal for competition, January 1, 2010.



Save your money, just get an ordinary racing Speedo, TYR, Nike or Kiefer suit.
