i take tumbling classes once a week and for some reason i have the fear of doing tucks and backwards tumbling... im not afraid to do things on the tumble track but even with a spotter on the floor i still panic and i throw my arms like up and down over and over like im trying to set but i never really leave the ground. sometimes i just go for it and im fine after wards i just panic as soon as i try again. I need to stop psyching myself out!!! Help?!
