Question:
Any swimmers and scuba divers had this problem?

I like my nose. It's big, but it's very symmetrical. Many girls have complimented me on my nose since I was a teen, so I never had an issue about it.
But when it comes to swimming and scuba diving, it sucks. Goggles are just not made for me, I make the nose thing between the goggles as big as I can, but it's still not big enought. I always come out of the pool with a really red line because the goggles were to tight. I've looked for every brand I haven't found any that won't be tight and leave a mark. When I began scuba diving, I had the same problem, the mask was so tight on my nose, it hurt so much.
Anyone else has problems with goggles, and scuba masks?

Partner, I have the same issue with my own masks. I have to have a high volume purge mask, and the one I have now is the same one I've had for the better part of 12 years now. I have found 4 masks during that time that also worked. Out of about 35 masks displayed, ONE might fit. With the goggles, you may have to contact Speedo or one of the Swedish distributors for a better pair. Good luck!!

no, ive never had this problem

dont worry about it---you will find something

maybe you should call or somehow contact a store who carries swimming and scuba-diving goggles, and ask them to make them specially to fit your nose....it may cost a little more, but its worth it---dont quit swimming or scuba-diving just because you cant find goggles...you'll find them somehow someday--keep looking

best of luck to you!

oh, by the way, watch the movie "Roxanne"---it will make you feel a lot better

You can by Speedo brand goggles! Most of those have different sizes of nose pieces that you can use to replace what they came with! The goggles hold up well and come with many different replacement sizes!

no, but keep looking for other brands. i'm afraid you'll have to go for more expensive stuff, but i'm sure they'll have something that fits for you. you won't find it by just wlkaing into shops and hoping they've got it. let the shops search for you, ask their help, ask them to check the lists in the computers to see if theyƩv got anything that fits. you should be able to find something that way.

as for scuba diving, i'm pretty sure there are plenty out there, maybe try a bigger size and just make it smaller on the sides. it might leak but that's the best i can think of right now

maximum in all probability the diving instructors will be able that would really help you out at the same time with your swimming. yet when you're extremely worried about it, wait some weeks to commence your classes and artwork on your swimming. at the same time as swimming is major to scuba diving, its extra that you'll swim without sinking then easily lap swimming. My advice is to call the scuba instructor and clarify that you're not any more an mind-blowing swimmer and note what they ought to assert.

there are several companies that make dive masks with deep nose pockets. Go to one that sells several and try them on for proper fit.Your problem is not uncommon. Divers Direct has a large selection of masks

if u have a complaint then call the company or send them a leter.or u could buy sum regular goggles and buy a nose clip or plug that would hopefully fit u.promblam solved.

i have the same problem, the bridge of my nose is really wide, so i use Swedish goggles which have a string and rubber piece as a nose piece, and i can adjust them to fit my nose, maybe try those.
