I'm just wondering what brand, kind, etc. suit is the best for training or creating drag?

This might sound weird but i have found the best drag suite to be boy cute suites that are made out of the netting material. Speedo and TYR both make them and they are relativly cheap. Just wear them over your swim suite and make sure you tie them really tight. It works your shoulders really hard and i can tell a big difference when i am wearing one.

dolphin uglies. they are very good and cheap and COLORFUL! makes practice more fun :)
