Peurto Rico or Austria?

i swim on a team and my team is going to Peurto Rico but i also got this inventation to go to this thing called People to people in Austria but i cant choose where i should go if i go to
Peurto Rico i would go with my swim team and people i know
Austria i would get to meet new people
but that is pretty-much all i know about them please help me choose wich one i should go to thx in advance! : D

australia has really good swimming prgrams, the're intense so be rready to die.
